How would you like to sell your homemade treasures by the sea?
Follow these two steps to become a participant at the Sunsets at Pier 60 Daily Festival.

Upon receiving your application, a festival representative will contact you to schedule a time for you
to be juried in. Jurying takes place twice a month and is done on a first come first serve basis.
Please be prepared to bring the following items at your appointed jury time:
- Samples of your artwork along with the item in the process of being made.
- Receipt for all raw materials used in making your craft. This helps to ensure that all the items to be sold are hand crafted by the artist selling them

A Florida State Tax Certificate. The certificate can be acquired at the Department of Revenue locate in the Arbor Shoreline Office Park,
19337 US Hwy 19 N., Suite 200, Clearwater or online at www.myflorida.com/dor. The Department of
Revenue phone number is 727-538-7400.
- A one-time jury fee of $35.00 is due upon acceptance. All fees are to be paid in cash.
First Night of Selling:

Setup is one half hour before the festival begins. Your space will be assigned to you by the nightly lottery that takes place at this time.

The week night (Monday - Thursday) fee is $15.00 per night and is to be paid in cash during the setup lottery process.
The fee for Friday - Sunday is $20.00 per a night. If you participate for one recorded week night then the fee for the
weekend remains $15.00 per night rate.

Space size is 12' X 5'. Exhibitors must provide their own display including tables and chairs. Table covers must extend over the front and two sides of the display
all the way to the ground. Keep your setup simple, clean, and give consideration to wind, rain, and other outdoor elements. Displays are not to obstruct the natural view
of the beach. Signs 1.5' X 2' maximum in size can be part of your display. No banners are permitted.

Limited electricity is provided in the park and on the Pier 60 fishing pier. Be prepared to use additional lighting sources such as lanterns or battery powered
lights in the event of electrical shortage.
Other important information:

Some categories for the art may be closed out due to overabundance of participants (example: jewelry, photography, cetera...). If a category is closed when you
apply, you will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when the category reopens for new participants.

The following items will not be considered for participation at anytime: Clothing, food items, psychics, and tarot card readers. The Sunsets at Pier 60
Festival reserves the right to refuse participation in accordance with the guidelines of this organization and what is in the best interest
of the Sunsets at Pier 60 Festival.
